OK...dropped that "second" pound from last week...just 1 day "late," as I only keep track of my Monday weigh-in's at home. So-o-o close to that magic 25-pound mark...maybe just another week....
211.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
