Finally there, squeezed every p/p out before getting on that scale, haha. Now to get the muscle back and just stay healthy. Thanks Fatsecret, its honestly worked very good. Get a strong will, clean that fridge out, watch it happen. I used a 20/40/40 Fats/Carb/Pro Macro nutrients, works excellent. Good Fats, good pro(fish, lean red meat, chicken and turkey) and totally clean carbs such as apples to nuts and oatmeal. Also used store bought protein. Any questions ask!
