must stay on track I have finally reached my first goal and I tend to fall off once I do so I made a new goal must focus no sweets I'm gonna try fasting today until eating a light dinner hoping for the best
120.8 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
