waist measurement is dropping but the scale is being a lil dick
180.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1310 kcal Fat: 59.40g | Prot: 85.98g | Carb: 106.55g.   Breakfast: Cooked Pearl Onions (from Fresh), Alberts Hot Sauce, Blueberries, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Original Unsweetened Almond Milk, Egg White, Egg, Coffee. Lunch: Chicken salad (southwestern) 12/12/2018, Olive Oil, Tomatoes, Pompeian Red Wine Vinegar, Cucumber (Peeled), Mezzetta Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives, Baby Spinach, Garbanzo Beans, Bell Peppers, President Feta Cheese. Dinner: Alberts Hot Sauce, Broccoli, Basmati Rice, Chicken Thigh (Skin Eaten). Snacks/Other: Nature's Guru Instant Tender Coconut Water Powder, Jell-O Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Snack, Glico Almond Crush Pocky, Cheese Pizza, Beef Jerky, Haribo Gold-Bears Gummi Candy, One A Day Men's Vitacraves Gummies, Now Foods Omega 3-6-9. more...

hopefully! but it's been a few days without a "new low" and last week I dropped less than expected. salt intake hasn't changed. potassium intake went down a little, so could be that. all in all, it feels like it's time to shave a bit from the budget again 😩
