Status quo. That is good as i did eat late last night. Housework this weekend should make for another drop in weight.

Must have been the moon - I had a slice of pizza something I haven't done in about 6 months!!! Payback the scale is up 2 pounds this morning - I know that's not real - but WOW makes you wonder if a crappy piece of pizza is really worth it!

I find that often after a big drop, I level off for a few days. Have you seen that happen, too?

I think that for some reason, the minute we stray off what ever we are doing, diet-wise, we seem to get either a plateau or a slight bump up. Maybe its diet Karma but I see that if I stray I tend to get that plateau or a slight increase.
Additionally, I do notice a few other things...
1) My plateau tends to last about 3-4 days before my weight starts going down.
2) If I eat a starchy carb, I see that my weight starts rising. Now from a strict caloric sense, the starchy carb should NOT be causing that rise in my weight but maybe it causes a reaction in my body to retain water. For me the biggest violators are rice, pasta, french fries and breads/pastries..those were my favorites but they are also the ones who cause me the biggest grief.
