down 10lbs from a week and a half of keto (forgot to post my before weight.)

I have a question for all you keto people. I know the first 10 or so lbs is merely water released from the depleting glycogen stores in the muscle so do I adjust my goal by about 10lbs knowing that the moment I start eating carbs again that 10lbs will go back?
151.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
