Gained 3 pounds yesterday. Dropped one of the three today. I am pretty erratic with ups & downs. Not discouraged! This is the first Thanksgiving I can say I didn’t exceed my calorie goal! I feel great! So many of you gave me great great suggestions for Keto reading that I was busy all day checking into your leads. Thank you for all your suggestions on reading material. I really love this Fat Secret app. All this time I have had it, I never checked out the “community “ until just recently. You have been so informative and encouraging! Again, thank you “community” & FatSecret! I’m still away from home helping a family member recover from surgery so my schedule is chaotic and I don’t always see your comments right right away, but I try to keep up as much as possible.
