Wow anther goal. This makes 50 lbs. since I started. I've been doing some cardio and now I'm going to switch over to weights to see what happens. I know when I lift weights, my appetite gets so intense I will eat anything that isn't nailed down! I will get my body fat checked, but I don't think I have to lose much more. Once again thanks for all the support!!
191.6 lb Lost so far: 50.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week

good for you congrats on meeting your goals. funny exercise tends to dull my appetite or at least for a while. weight lifting is good to help build those muscles and muscles do burn more calories. so it is a plus plus
