Two more pounds down.. thirty to go! :)
I cheated a little over the weekend. I had a slice of pizza at my mom's Saturday night. It was tiny, though! And yesterday my husband brought home barbeque. I had a little but I filled up on veggies first. I think that if I make it through the week I should deserve a little "wiggle room" on the weekends. And I didn't gain so I don't really feel guilty. Now it's back on the horse.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

are you setting intermittent goal weights? Thats what I'm doing...I started at 200 then 190 then 180. I guess next will be 170. Looks like you're doing good. And it sounds like your cheating was ok. Good job.

Good! no guilt at all! its all about learning how and what to eat, eating all the foods we love all in MODERATION!!
