As I suspected, less weight loss this week. Although If I continue to alternate from 1 lb to 4 lb and back to 1 lb.... That is not so bad, presuming I once again get to lost 4 lbs.
I must be more mindful about remembering my pills, and stop tasting Matt's food. Only eat your own food!
