I was actually a bit scared to weigh in this morning. I haven't been able to work out in 4 days due to an unexpected illness. I'm not allowed to work out, lift anything, run/walk. I'm really miserable but at least I've still lost a pound. I've gotten so used to working out that I actually feel wrong that I'm not. Soon as I'm better I'll start back out on my workout regime. No excuses.
