I started over last Sunday, April 27th. I have stuck to it faithfully, and I can't believe the results!!! So far I have lost 9 pounds!! For one thing I can't believe I stuck to it. It was pretty easy although the first 2 days were tough. Twice this week I could of ate sweets and I didn't even think about it and that is not like me at all! I Always ate sweets every day! I hope I can stick this diet out, so far so good and I like the food. I'm getting a little sick of eating turkey bacon and eggs and egg sub. every morning, so I'm going to have to find something else to eat. But other than that I do like this diet!!
221.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

BRAVO!!! NINE lbs down is SA-WEETER than any sweets!! I have found that I really like the Turkey Sausage. (I've tried two brands, Brown and serve and Costco has a big box of.. it's red, but I don't recall the brand, and they are very good too.) I started making ground turkey, adding taco seasoning and then making some delicious turkey taco omelets with some salsa and cheese and a dab of lite sour cream. VERY satisfying and tasty! In the meat, I add chopped onion, garlic and green chili's. LOVE it. =D It's great in a whole wheat tortilla (phase 2) with fresh spinach (also good in the omelet) and toppings. Keep up the hard work.... you'll be through phase 1 before you know it!! YOU can DO IT!
