It's really not as hard as I thought it would be-yes it sucks to walk by candy bars and say "I don't eat them anymore" but suddenly you realize "I don't eat them anymore!" They're so bad for me. I love how I can feel that my stomach has shrunk-this is great!
152.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.7 lb a week
