Haven’t made an entry in a while. I have been traveling & helping a family member recover from a pretty significant surgery. My weight has gone back up (3 pounds) but that’s pretty normal for me. Traveling and using a different scale to weigh in on could have a part in my weight gain. But I am not discouraged. I have met my food, exercise and blood sugar goals And that’s my priority right now. I have been spot on with my calories and percentages (70% fat, 24% protein & 5% carbs). Blood sugar is dropping below 150 and I haven’t seen that in a long time. Last night I measured in at 105 and that was after a grueling day in a hospital waiting room. My plan is to stay the course and not get rattled by fluctuating numbers or stressful surprises life brings. Good health is ultimate goal and recording everything is going to help me analyze what I’m doing right and what I’m doing wrong.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
