I had a way in on friday with 74.5. I knew it was a fluke. It would be too quick. Still sticking with my 2 30 day challenges and started the cross trainer, Up to 23 minutes at level 5. Tried HIIT on it the other day. 30 seconds as fast as possible, 90 slower. Pretty tough. Will do that again tonight. I am determined, I can do it, I will get this weight off!!!!!!! Alcohol consumption is much lower too. I sleep better and I like it :)
