Lost 14 lbs in the first two weeks of phase 1. Only 1.5 lbs this week. My goal is 3 lbs a week. I have stuck by the plan almost 100%. Have religiously ate 5 times a day. I think I need to cut my portions down. I eat until I am full and have not restricted my portions. The weather here has been cold, have not excersised. We live out in the country and I dislike traveling into town to go excersise. My son is bringing me a treadmill type of machine this week. My dh and I are getting out this week to bike, weather is going to be in the 60's.
223.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 73.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wanting to lose 3 lbs a week on this diet is very unrealistic after the 1st 2 weeks. You are not supposed to lose that rapidly after the 1st 2 weeks as it is not healthy. You should read the South beach diet book as it explains this very well. You are doing wonderfully & adding exercise in will help too.
