I'm eating today. It's 5am here and I haven't slept. Forgot too many times to take my multivitamins so I'm all restless at night. I'll need to work out a procedure for that. Meanwhile... om nom nom :-)
285.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Put them next to your tea or coffee, or toothbrush! Then you see them first thing in the morning. For restlessness, try some extra magnesium citrate (and specifically citrate). It'll be a shame to ruin the change of better sleep, and go snacking as a "comfort". Good luck with the rest of the day 🍀👍🏼🙋🏼
