I'm on the verge of dropping out of the 170s, and even though my tummy is flattening and my torso is more slender, I'm still disappointed.
My right leg, with the tibia broken two weeks ago, is now skinnier than my left leg due to lost muscle mass. I can't due upper body weight training, either, since I am stuck on the couch on powerful pain meds all day.

Diet followed reasonably well.
