Still on a downward trend which is great. Did my 1.5 km on the bike again this morning, walked for 1/2 hour in the snow yesterday. I have a tradeshow today, so my afternoon walk won't be happening, but I will be walking around and on my feet from 2 till 9:30 pm, so I guess that counts :) Hope to make some good money this weekend at the show.
272.2 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
