I have not been weighing myself at all. I can't move this last bit of weight. My body wants to be 67kgs. I used to be 10kgs heavier and now I need to lose just 5 kgs more but I keep putting it back. I need more self comtrol🙈🙈🙈. I am trying to eat breakfast late and have dinner earlier.
147.7 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
