Goodmorning everyone I’m having a hard time finding a on the go protein shake that’s not chalky tasting in the morning for breakfast I usually make my own whn I’m not working can someone give me some suggestions? Thanks
216.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
