lmao. ternyata bener kemarin sering makan mepet tdee(bahkan sempat surplus) krn cuman mengira2 aja(belum ada timbangan digital). tapi BB stabil, biasanya klo naik bisa sampe 2-3 kilo. Alhamdulillah skrg ga. pelan tapi pasti. pelan tapi sehat
