Slowly going down. Made sure to get back on track yesterday after a slip on Friday night. Today I am going to pick up a used exercise bike from a lady on Facebook for $40 so I will be able to exercise even when it's -40 C here.

I need to go grocery shopping this afternoon though. Cupboard is looking pretty bare :)
274.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
