What is your last goal mine is 78kg because it is just inside my BMII originally it was 80 l lowered it 2kg to get inside my BMII

Your doing great you must be so proud of yourself The real test for all of us is to not revert back to where we were before I know I was never that heavy before

Thanks Razor, you're doing so well too! My BMI is between 62-43kgs. I can't ever imagine me being 43kgs!!! I'm judging my weight by sight really. I want to lose more stomach and thighs. I think 62kg might be a good goal, or a little higher so I can see what I'm looking like at that point and decide if I want to lose more.

I don’t think I’m doing that great but thanks but although I have never been happy with myself that’s why I need inspiration like you are and I agree with you visual is the best way for you to go I can get into clothes I couldn’t before but I need to lose weight on my stomach and chest

Looking back, you've lost 3kg in a month, which is pretty good imo. Me and you, we're in it for the long haul, which means our diets need to be sustainable. Calorie counting is perfect for us. And not only that, we can allow for a wedding, or a birthday, and know we can just lose that weight in a week. If you're struggling, then drop me a comment. I have some meal ideas if you need them!

I’m a bit stubborn don’t have comfort food totally changed what I eat it’s no good eating food you won’t eat when you reach your goal although I will have comfort food when I have reach my goal weight Monday will be my first weight gain too much beer and to much food take 2 weeks to lose it I predict but I’m fine thanks though good luck with your new job 👍👍👍
