Just got back from trip to New Orleans (Nawleenz).
Some how I managed to lose instead of gain any. Appetite was not affected by all that rich food 🥘 mainly drank coffee ☕️ to stay alert.
Will post more when I wake and feels really good to be home 🏡.
158.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
