Well, I'm down a little, but after the week I've been having we'll see if I stay down for next weeks weigh in. I haven't been eating as much and haven't been as hungry either and I think that's because of not feeling well and stress. That's what's kept me from gaining this week. I'm feeling a little better today, and my voice is much stronger, so I'm going to try to get a workout in tonight, but I don't know if it will happen. If not tonight, I'm going to make myself get up tomorrow. I have to quit slacking on my workouts and get my butt in gear. My hubby and I went over our bills last night and our "budget", that's never fun. With our dog's surgery and classes our bills are high, so I'm stressing a little about that right now, but I know that things will get better. It's a really good excuse not to eat out when you're trying to save money and live on a budget, so I'm hoping that helps us all get healthy. Tonight I'm going to listen to my deep breathing CD and try to de-stress. A workout would probably be good to get rid of stress too, if I can just keep my motivation up until this evening.
