I did so well all day , then even when out for dinner at a restaurant, chicken and salad, but couldn’t resist sneaking a few fries😬. I counted them in, but they were the thing that blew my numbers today. Try to do better tomorrow.
158.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
