Wonderful! I have held my own. When there is a drop especially after unusual eating -- being away from home, holidays, etc -- sometimes I get a rebound. Today's weight being the same as yesterday's is a victory!!
Today I will be hopefully getting groceries for making a huge turkey stew. I boiled the bones yesterday. We make stew for the four families - my daughter, sister, father-in-law and us.
It snowed last night and may snow some more so I will have to decide about getting groceries. The temperature is close to freezing so the roads may be poor. We'll see. Grocery round trip is 60 miles.
