The scale is hard to read. Looks like it is below 232 but can't say for sure.. All this will be remedied when I get home Friday night but for now I am going to stick to 232. Like I said, when it hits 230 (if it does before I leave then I will update. Chances are that the scale is wrong in some sense (indicating too low or too high of weight) but for now I will go with what it says.
Feeling a little better today. I have a ton of work to catch up on so I will not be doing the touristy thing today. I will at some point pick up a few souvenirs but wont be today.
They have a full length mirror in the room...so i looked at myself...au natureal...lol! My belly has flattened considerably. The sideshandles are still there but they have gone done as well. I can see the physical progress as my jeans are mega loose.
Question: have you guys noticed that the front of the stomach goes down first and then the sidehandles (muffintop...lady equivalent) or am I unique that way? I wish it would both go down evenly but i can tell the front is way more flatter than the sides...

Everyone gains and loses weight in different ways and for some reason the area you want to lose it the most is usually the last place it leaves. The only thing that seems to be consistant is women always lose weight in the boobs first. I use to gain most of my weight in my butt when I was younger but as I got older more and more of it was in the belly.

Yeah, I feel like if it was uniform then that would be great. I hate my love handles...(i don't know why they call it that when there is no love there). I guess i just have to be patient and it will all work out in the end. I am happy that I don't have an "overhang" belly.
