I've had to start over every day these last 10 days. I start out fine and then my resolve is shot by the end of the day. The worst offense was making a caramel coconut pie for my friend's b'day and not making just ONE pie, but two. Mr Coco and I ate the other one and it was incredible. But thank goodness, it is gone and I had a fairly good day yesterday practicing saying NO. I need to work out my NO muscle all day today too. I've not been feeling as fabulous as I did about 15 pounds ago. But I also noticed that sugar isn't making me as sick as it did when I had purged it from my system. I need to get back to that state. I think that because I don't feel wonderful all the time, when I do eat sugar now, I don't notice a dramatic change. I want to feel incredible again.
