Ok. I posted it. AWFUL!!! I am so mad at myself!! I can't believe I have let myself get that out of control. But, I have just got back from shopping, my fridge is stocked full of veggies and i am ready to get the ball rolling again!
193.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.9 lb a week

AWW.. I'm sorry! It happens to the best of us. You will get back on track and get that focus back. Summer's coming!! Hang in there.

Look at it this way, you really didn't gain all that in "fat", in such a short time.... a lot of it, you practically drink away with loads of water and eating good for a couple of days! I'm sure a lot of it is probably water retention?? Don't be hard on yourself!! It's not productive and you can reverse this much quicker than the other, harder to lose, fat. :) You have a great plan of attack, and more importantly, a well stocked fridge... YOU CAN DO THIS!!

Agggh Gracie what happened!!! Reckon its stress from your kiddo being poorly?? Glad to hear you are back in control, it would be a shame to go right up into the 190's after all your excellent hard work!! Isnt it a buggar how its so easy to put the weight back on quickly but it takes so long to get off!! it always amazes me, I regularly take 1 step forward then 2 steps back. Good luck for this week, and enjoy your vacation!

Now that it's posted and real you can deal with it. the best news is you won't ever weigh that again because the next time you step on the scale it will already be down from exercise and good eating- you can do it!!

I have posted like you, hoped that by getting it out there, I would go back to good habits. I think we have to spend some quiet time alone, thinking about what we do to ourselves when we overeat in terms of weight gain and ego, and then think about how great we feel when we lose weight and eat correctly. One sends a message :I am a loser" but not in the good sense (weight loss), and the other makes us feel in control and happier. I'm going to try this daily-try it with me?

I do believe coming here, journaling and weighing in makes me more responsible and helps me stay on track better. Now that you posted it seems to me you are telling yourself, and all of us here, that you are ready to start again and that you will get that weight off faster and better this time, because you already know how to do it, you know what went wrong and your ready to fix it. Good for you, you have the right spirit now, you CAN do this!
