Well blew it the first week as I was under too much stress. Another excuse, I know, but I did it to myself. Back on the wagon again today. Still managed to lose a 1/2 pound, though.
294.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 144.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
