Yay! I broke the 230 mark. 220 here I come. 💪🏼

I can’t believe I’m sharing my huge weight with the world, but thank you for not judging me. 💗
229.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you doing keto? Can I get some hints? I'm around 260 but desperately would like to even be at 200 and feel it is impossible!!

Etkfxrwife - hi! All I’m doing is low calorie and some exercise. NO ketos. No other fancy diets. Oh, and I don’t eat anything white. Ya know, no white bread, no white potatoes, no white pasta. My daily calorie intake is 700 to 900. My body tolerates that amount of calories well and it allows me to steadily lose weigh (for now anyway). It’s not the easiest thing in the world to eat so few calories but once I got into a routine it’s become everyday life. One important thing......I have a cheat meal every now and then and when I cheat I don’t go too crazy, but that’s just me. Control issues.😉 Good luck girl. You can do it.👍🏼
