I don’t know how I’m doing weight wise , haven’t seen a scale in a week. I’m trying to plan ahead as best I can, have health snacks on hand , water, but eating on the road can be rough! Oh well, I’m feeling good about it , so the scale will tell when I eventually find one. 😬
167.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
