It's about usual for this part of the week, and I'm taking supplementation to help me get through workouts too (glutamine, BCAAs), which is working, so a little extra water retention doesn't hurt.
303.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.0 lb a week
