Here is my supper. Mashed potatoes with 2% milk, couple grains of salt, lean cheeseburger, broccoli, no butter, carrots no butter, low salt, sautéed onions, water only. Very good.
196.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How do you do it?

On the Home page of the app go to the camera icon, select Take picture then select which meal and on the next page you’ll see a camera in the middle at the bottom of the screen. Instead of selecting this button, select the camera roll on the bottom left and if you’ve given permission for the app to share your pics it will Access your library. Good luck.
