Been a slow month so far, took almost 10 days to drop a lb. below my lowest weight. Overall I can't complain, I'm hoping I'm gaining some muscle since I increased my exercise. Plus I feel great and it's such a thrill to go shopping and be able to fit into womens sizes , even juniors! Bought some kickin jeans yesterday, not to mention all the other goodies! 😊
170.5 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
