Well, I had a wicked machine make me cry today. I knew that I over indulged, but didn't realize how much I enjoyed ". I indulged enough this past week to gain #5.1 lbs. Not beating myself up! Because I sure did enjoy the view in Kentucky, my dear friends, and the food! However, that's a once a year or two thing and it felt so good!! I'll just get myself back on track, lose that 5 lbs. and work on losing the next 5 lbs.
