Still holding - just a wee bit less... will I make it to 170 by Saturday? We have a thing, and I SO want to be able to say I've dropped 30 #'s since June 1st...... (there's a little bit of a bitch in me that needs this...)

3 # in 4 days - any suggestions? Fasting is hard for me when I'm working and yep I'm back to 5 days/week now that the semester's begun...

At least it's hump-day - enjoy!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 27.1 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
