Something about Mondays, my weight always goes up! I didn't feel well yesterday so I hardly ate anything and it still went up🤔 it's usually goes up because I have a nice Sunday dinner, not this time. What am I complaining about, I had a huge week, down 3 1/2 lbs😊 Keep at it fellow dieters! Happy Labor Day
