I had a lapse... After mother's day, I just seemed to give up. I'm so disappointed with myself! I was only 7 lbs away from my goal! I gained back in a little over a month, what had taken me over 4 months to lose! So here I am again. I'm going to try to stick to it this time around.
148.8 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
