Hmm ini diet paling berat dari sebelumnya, aku ga bisa ga ngemil...hiksss demi apa

@tansiuyin, Ngemil sist, tp kalau diet gini cheating jangan sih kalau belum stabil....hehehe nanti malah yoyo. Soalnya aku belum itung bener tiap hari kalori makanan

@mel, hehe kalau secara berat badan ideal 50 sih, aku udah cek lemak, lemak yg wajib ilang 18 kg, lemak perut bulan lalu 5, harusnya 3-4 angka bagusnya sist
