Well my friends, though I’m not able to keep the carbs down near enough to enter in ketosis, I kept the calorie count below my allotted and it seems to be working. 6 lbs down in a little more than 3 weeks!! Woohooo! I will continue to keep my carbs under control and of course CICO along with it. I’m so excited you guys!!!
224.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

hey if it works don't sweat the ketosis. lowering your carbs alone makes it much easier to reduce your calories and lose weight.
