Good morning! Great start to the day, walked the dog with my daughter! I love it when she's home. Saw my niece last night who I haven't seen since I started dieting, she freaked when she saw me, what a great feeling 😎
177.0 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
