I'm sad because there's no drop, but I KNOW why. I've kept well to my eating habits, but unfortunately MOTHER NATURE has spoken!

CF class today:


A1. 4 x 10 x Dips
A2. 4 x Pendlay rows 10 x 15kg (2 sec tempo down)

B1. 4 x 1 Arm DB rows - 10 per arm (2 rounds with 7.5 kg & 2 rounds with 10 kg)
B2. 4 x ME Crucifix Hold (3kg per arm)

C1. 3 x 10 Leaning Lateral raises - 4 kg per arm
C2. 3 x ME V-sits (it was supposed to be hanging leg raises, but I'm not strong
enough yet)


It's my mom's birthday today & we are going out for dinner, but other than that, I'm planning to keep my weekend clean!!

169.8 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
