:( A pound in a week!! I knew weight loss would slow but I think it slowed REALLY quick!! I have tried sooo hard this week and was hoping it being my 3rd week in phase 1 that I would take a little more off...maybe my body is ready for phase 2, still a pound is a pound! Hoping for a better weigh in next week!!!

You have lost 12lbs in what, 3wks?! That is fantastic and an acheivement you can be really proud of. Even if you only break even next week you can still say you have lost 12lbs. Smile girl :)
