Calories slight increase, excess was primarily from peanuts, calorie expenditure was down. All together it meant a .4 lb gain, with that and in addition to adding 5% to an hour and half workout made it was quite taxing. Some weeks you can't control how much you burn. All in all I did complete a weekly cycle of 5 days of weight training and two off, average daily workout is 1 hour 20 min. Keep swinging for the fences y'all
