Masih sama. Apakah diet kalori tanpa work out akan lebih cepat turun berat nya dengan yang diet kalori + work out rutin 20-30mnt per hari?
185.2 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
