This weight is bogus. It's last Sunday weigh in. I don't know how to do a journal entry on my phone without it registering my last recorded weigh in. Not important really, but I have a feeling there's gonna be a jump at Sunday's weigh in. 🤨
149.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
