hari ini mau makan seafood... pagi minum shake herbalife + protein.. kemarin cheat meal jarum ke kanan kanan kanan.. haduh haduh... harus jaga makan dan OR... semangattttttt !! lg coba stop nasi kita liat apa yang teejadiiii hohohoho.... ms berjuang tuk maintenan program yang msh meraba raba...positive comments welcome ya
